Potluck lunch begins 11:00am at Milam Mazda on 2nd floor above the showroom

Please join your fellow club members in this final board meeting of the year.  With the changes to the constitution, this will be for elections as well as planning for next year's events, so this is your chance to share your favorite drive with the club, and allow your voice to be heard. 

We will have a potluck lunch at 11AM, with nominations and elections to be held directly afterwards, followed by the calendar planning and then a business meeting. All members are always welcome. Please bring a food dish to share and possibly your own drink in case you don’t like the pot luck choice.

There were a lot of great drives this year, but there is room for more next year!  Bring your ideas or working title and pick a date for your chance to lead a drive!  Don't sweat the details, as there will be members there that would be glad to offer advice or help you in your endeavor.

Keep thinking creatively and volunteer for next year!  There is always room for new board members and officers of the club, as it is as dynamic and involved as it's members.
