This is a huge meet, so we suggest very early registration with WVMC for the meet and also book your hotel room early. RSVPing on our PSMC web site is just for the convenience of our members so everyone knows who is attending; be sure to click the box so your name is visible.

This is an annual event hosted by our friends at the Willamette Valley Miata Club and it's always well-organized with a lot of fun events to enjoy. Here is a little information about this year's event:

Roseburg - Our destination

Situated in the heart of the Hundred Valleys of the Umpqua in Southwestern Oregon just off I-5 and a mere 125 miles north of the California border, Roseberg will host this year's event. 

Lodging

The Windmill Inn of Roseburg  is a family-owned and operated hotel featuring service with affordability; rated #1 on Trip Advisor among hotels in Roseburg. Hotel amenities include free wi-fi, expanded cable, microwaves and mini-fridges and other touches.

ALL HOTEL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN JUNE 11, 2018.  AFTER THIS DATE ROOM AVAILABILITY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED!

Room costs and types include:

Single or double-queen with breakfast, $145

Studio suite with breakfast, $159

Call the hotel directly at 541-673-0901 and request the "Explore Oregon Group Block." Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Within 24 hours, guests will be charged one night's stay plus 9.8 percent tax per room cancelled. 

Registration for the weekend of activities go to the host club and are $100 per person or $195 per couple. This includes the Thursday evening reception, Saturday evening dinner banquet, an Explore Oregon T-shirt, and an attendee pack with event stickers, maps, schedules and other goodies. If you would like a polo shirt instead of a T-shirt, add $10 per shirt. No refunds after June 3, 2018.
